Was a lovely base for weekend. Stayed for 2 nights and was impressed by this brand-new hotel. The room was reasonably large and we loved a microwave oven and a refrigerator. The rate was US$ 104.

The setting of hotel was marvellous, in the middle of jackson. Moreover, it's close to everything, mall, restaurants, bowling alley, and Alexandria right by the mall.

Bar was missed, we were a little disappointed.

Location not far from the mall and all major restaurants and very good restaurants and the common areas.

During my stay at Towneplace Suites, I was delighted with the friendly and accommodating staff. They truly made me feel welcome and helped me feel at ease during a difficult time. The front desk staff, especially the young ladies, provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. The housekeeping manager and her team were also phenomenal, ensuring that my room was clean and comfortable. The suite itself was well-designed, like a little two-bedroom apartment, which was perfect for our group. The location of the hotel was also great, with convenient access to nearby amenities. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at Towneplace Suites By Marriott Alexandria! It was the perfect place to base ourselves for a weekend exploring Alexandria. The hotel had a fantastic location, with a restaurant just a short walk away. Our queen studio room was well-equipped with a heating system, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and even a comfortable couch bed. We were also pleasantly surprised to find out that ironing was available to us at no extra cost.

The location was marvellous and perfect, for example, a shopping mall was within walking distance of the hotel.

Fairly clean hotel in a new building adjacent to everything, mall, restaurants, bowling alley, and the common areas. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Spacious and impressive room, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Amiable and best staff and unbeatable location by very good restaurants!

Beautifully designed and reasonably large room, a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the room. Excellant, very proactive people working here.

The staff provided excellent customer service, assisting with printing and being friendly. Maintenance promptly fixed an issue with the AC. The room had a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen area. Convenient location near mall, restaurants, and bowling alley. Quiet atmosphere for a holiday weekend.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Alexandria. The hotel had indeed a great and unbeatable location in the middle of jackson. What's more, it was very close to very good restaurants and everything, mall, restaurants, bowling alley.

towneplace suites exceeded my expectations during our family holiday in alexandria. the staff was amazing, providing excellent customer service and making us feel welcome. the room was comfortable, well-equipped, and conveniently located near amenities. we will definitely be back!
